Will founded Stride Legal to do things differently. After training at a traditional City firm followed by a decade at a leading regional practice, he became frustrated with the slow, risk-averse culture that often left clients feeling like just another file number. He left to build something better: a modern, agile firm where commercial pragmatism meets genuine client care.

His practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, with a particular specialism in advising owner-managed businesses and SMEs across the South East. From company formations and shareholder agreements to business sales and acquisitions, Will acts as a trusted strategic partner to entrepreneurs navigating growth and change.

Outside the Office:
A devoted Arsenal season ticket holder, Will spends many Saturdays at the Emirates. He lives in Hertfordshire with his wife and two children, and when he's not watching football, he can be found attempting to lower his golf handicap.
